  Every salesman Allen,David,Chase & the both delivery guys were AWESOME!!! I was recommending them to others,but when my Ottoman (special ordered) didn't come today & Jamie told me it would not be in until the first week if July,I explained to Jamie that I paid someone from Kingman that has a truck $40 to drive here( MohaveValley ) & meet me at my house at 3 today to pick up & deliver my new Ottoman (as Jenner s charges $59) so I told Jamie that I expect Jenner to now deliver my Ottoman TWO WEEKS LATE! FREE OF CHARGE,otherwise I will just prefer to CANCEL my Ottoman order which is already PAID FOR IN FULL!!!! When JAMIE GOT A BIT irritable. & she told my that 20% of my money would not be refunded for like replacing fee or whatever. NOT MY FAULT JAMIE AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCK!!!!
